Initial Comments:
An off-site, state licensure follow-up survey conducted on May 3, 2022 found that Home Instead Senior Care had corrected the deficiency cited under 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiency was cited as result of a state re-licensure survey completed on March 10, 2022.
